About DeQi

How it works

DeQi Mobile Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine practice is offering complementary service ideally on a collaborative basis with your first opinion veterinarian. TCVM can be used as a stand-alone treatment or alongside your pet's treatment modalities from your regular veterinarian to facilitate a truly integrative approach to healthcare.

I am a fully qualified vet with experience in over 6 years of clinical practice. My aim is to resolve or improve the management of disease and bring the body back to balance and health.

I work from the comfort of your home, where we will need a small open space in which your pet feels safe and soft bedding for him/her to make it as relaxing as possible. Other people and pets can be around, under the condition they are quiet and are not disturbing my patient.

Consultations take between 45-60 minutes as I believe that taking extra time with you and the animal reduces stress and improves results.

In certain circumstances, home visits may not be appropriate, so please do not hesitate to reach out and we may be able to organize an alternative space for the treatments.

I treat dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotic animals including birds and reptiles.
